Responsible for administrative support through innovative solutions and maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures.  A main focus is given to facilitating all day to day tasks associated with a diverse and fully functioning office and staff. This includes, but is not limited to; establishing and maintaining accounting records and data base, payroll, project billing, accounts receivable, client inquiries, expense tracking and processing, equipment and supply maintenance, bank deposits and reconciliations, shipping and tracking of projects, audits and report preparation. Provide assistance when and where needed and execute a diverse set of administrative tasks in an expeditious and efficient manner.
