Project Description
Contour successfully secured a Section 404 CWA Individual Permit for a retail power center constructed on 47.84 acres in Flowery Branch, Georgia. The development included construction of eight anchor retail units and three associated retail units comprising a total of 437,876 square feet of retail space, as well as three outlot units comprising 48,660 square feet of retail/office space.
Proposed development activities required filling 0.29 acre of wetland and 859 linear feet of intermittent stream channel. Contour also successfully secured a stream buffer encroachment variance from the GA EPD for riparian buffer impacts.
